Business travelers appreciate the excellent range of rooms for events, congresses, conferences and seminars in the Hotel Alte Werft and in the Forum Alte Werft. Whether a meeting in a small circle, the big annual general meeting, the Christmas party with colleagues or an exhibition, we offer you an extraordinary ambience for every number of people, a suitable conference package and ensure that your event is an unforgettable experience. Our town hall in connection with the hotel offers space for large events and celebrations with up to 1,000 people. Motivation, team spirit and creativity are crucial for a successful conference. Support your participants with an individual supporting program. Whether team building measures in the climbing forest, a visit to the Meyer shipyard or yoga during the conference breaks - we leave nothing to be desired.
The right package for every requirement
Overview
Depending on your needs and wishes, we have put together two conference packages for your planned conferences, seminars and events, which can be individually designed with the respective additional options. Included everywhere are:
- conference technology: beamer or UHD TV, pin board with pins, flipchart with paper and pens
- room rental
- unlimited mineral water in the conference room
On request, we will send you menu and buffet suggestions for a separately planned dinner. Our conference packages can be booked for 10 or more people. The prices quoted are per person including statutory VAT. Status 08/2022 - We reserve the right to change prices due to daily price fluctuations.

All guests were very satisfied. The food was very good, there was always enough staff to run around with the flying buffet. The entire team always responded quickly to any spontaneous requests for changes. It was a completely successful evening.
