I really enjoy my apprenticeship at the Hotel Alte Werft. Every day I learn about new situations that give me wisdom and experience for the future. You also always get support from your colleagues, with whom there is a pleasant working atmosphere.

For young people from the region who want to train in the hotel and catering industry, the Hotel Alte Werft is by far the best establishment in the region. In no other hotel will you get to know the whole spectrum of a hotel and restaurant business to such an extent. From à la carte service in the restaurant to a major event (wedding, conference, etc.) in the halls of the Alte Werft or the correct cleaning of hotel rooms to room bookings at reception - in no other hotel will you receive such comprehensive and detailed training as in the Alte Werft.
